The Auctioneer

On Saturdays, Mom and Pawpa go to the auction at Canton Barn.  Although some dogs do attend the auction with their peoples, Gizzy does not go as he has an unfortunate tendency to try to leave his essence on available surfaces.  Pawpa made a pickup on Sunday afternoon so decided to look over more "stuff".  The furniture behind him is for next week's auction.

This is Rich, the auctioneer being funny in the doorway.  He probably thought Mom wouldn't dare take his picture and post it.  He was wrong.  HI RICHIE!

Auctions are sooo much fun..even when we don't buy anything! I have seen a few dogs at our auctions too..haven't wittnessed any of them marking any auction items they wanted to take home with them!

I have never been to an auction. But have heard them talking on TV. I can understand why even "turbo" would get tired out!

I've seen men leave their essence at outdoor functions. That's right, one guy turned and essenced a tractor tire as I stood nearby.
Turbo talking auctioneer Liz...she should try out for it. lol

I've never been to an antique auction, but it must be fun wondering: what would I buy if I had that kind of money?! :)

The building where they hold the auction looks like an antique!

Yes, V, Mz Liz would make a great auctioneer!! lol
