Brrrrr......frosty day

It was 17 degrees yesterday. It looks like it, doesn't it?
Won't be long before the ice gets thicker.

Naked

It's been so windy lately.
The branches are almost bare.
There are a few dried leaves left on them .. here and there.
The reservoir has a coating of ice but it's still thin.
There is no ice where the stream comes in.

It's not easy to snap pictures of "The Giz" awake and such is the case today. Sleeping AGAIN. Or still. You choose which it is. Actually he is sleeping on the job.
