It needs more sunshine...mine blooms at the very top of a tree. I can't see it, but I can smell it, ahhhhhhh!
Maybe when the sun gets higher in the summer sky the wisteria will bloom.Ours was in an atrium and by June it was exploding with a wonderful array of flowers and aroma!Sniff, sniff, I miss mine! Be sure to get pics when it does bloom!
