Retirement "Perk"

One of the perks of retirement is watching it snow from inside the house instead of having to drive to work in it. Thursday's snow was wet and clung to the branches.

That storm really packed a punch as it blew threw several states! The snowfall was beautiful here and in your "neck of the woods."

Great shot Bette...from the inside looking out. I can only imagine the number of hours you must have spent driving to/from work in the snow. I'm so glad that is over.

Pretty as a Christmas Card!
I love the "it's not a black and white" disclaimer! HA!

The snow looks so heavy on the trees!
Look out Giz, don't be walking under those branches WHEN it melts! Or POOF, instant ice bath!

Isn't retirement fun?!

Yes, that one perk is high on my M.O.M. enjoy in retirement too!!Of course the best thing is that she gets to spend her whole day with me!!! It's amazing how much more beautiful it is when you don't have to drive in it isn't it!!!! Hugs and wags, Mistaya

That's a LOT of snow. I hope you had some hot chocolate to go along with it!
