Friday Favorites #1

The Mendenhall Glacier is in the Tongass National Forest in Juneau, Alaska. This picture was taken in late August 2006. We were wearing fleece jackets and rain gear. It was beautiful but chilly..and wet. Click here for a current webcam view of the glacier.

Oh what a pretty sight!!!
The origin of Alaskan Amber Beer!! We are back in civilization, we saw it at the grocery store in West Yellowstone, Montana!!! YAY!!!
