Mom says I shouldn't complain because some peoples gots WAY more snow than we gots. Her friends in a place called New Jersey gots LOTS more. I decided to cheer them up with this picture Mom took at the port in Bayonne, NJ two years ago. See how nice it was that day in May? A little hazy on the water .. but nice. It's coming soon, I hope.
Mom says she is tired of snow (and rain) and maybe you should meet her in Bayonne and you could go HERE where the sun is shining and the sand is pink. She is also giving Pawpa hints about "special packages" and airfare.

Heck No, I Won't Go...
The snow that was forecast turned to rain overnight because the temperatures rose. Pawpa "tried" to make me go outside for my walk but that rain was very cold and the slush was up to my belly. I had a BIG surprise for him. I ran back in the house and went on a "sit down" strike.

Here Comes “The Big One”
CT has a storm warning for Wednesday. Unlike previous storms that missed us completely, this one is predicted to be “right on top of us” and we are expecting 10 – 13 inches. Hmmmm….we’ll see.
Here’s the spillway bridge before the “The Big One”

Yucks
I'm thinking of lodging a protest.
Dory and Bilbo of Dory's Backyard have pumpkin crunchies and I got... YUCKIES. Crunchies sound YUMMY and so much nicer than what is in MY dish.

Hello, Good By
The skaters brought one of the picnic tables down to the ice so they could rest while skating. We worried during the thaw last week that it would be frozen in place when the temps dropped again or that it would not be retrieved before sinking to the bottom if the ice continued to melt.
Luckily, Parks and Recreation removed it successfully.
