Pawpa has gone off to the antique co-op in Old Saybrook and left me home with Mom. It is my firm belief that IF I sit and watch the door, he will come home quicker and release me from the onerous task of guarding Mom. WHY does he always say "you're in charge" when he leaves me alone with her??? Why can't SHE be "in charge" just once?

I sure do hope you are getting payed for this tough job! (hehe)
Giz it leads me to believe that maybe Mom has a tendency to get into more mischief than you.....just sayin'
Madi and Mom
Giz, because men always think the guy has to be in charge of something, even when they're really not!

I with you, Giz, I do the same thing! If we stare at the door long enough, low and behold, Dad comes back! Works like a charm!
Meanwhile, my mom goes on like some "white noise" saying, "hello, am I just Chopped Liver? I'm still here!"
What ever!
We dudes have to stick to the code!

PS Those did look like steep stairs down to the waterfall!
you take your role quite serious!
Poor Gizzy, Bilbo feels your pain as he is in charge of guarding Mama even when Daddy is HOME!

Pawpa knows best. I bet your momma is not as responsible as you are, Gizzy. I'd be proud to be in charge once.
Twink!
I think it's because you're so full of energy, that you are the one 'in charge!'
Get it? :)
